LG Innotek Vietnam Hai Phong Co., Ltd. currently has 5,507 employees, of which 1,898 are female employees with an average income of 16 million VND/person/month.

In 2025, occupational safety and health work is jointly implemented by the company and the trade union, maintaining a safe working environment for workers. The occupational safety and health network currently has 42 members, ensuring that each production team has at least 1 occupational safety and health worker concurrently in working hours.

100% of workers are given annual periodic health check-ups with a package of 220,000 VND/male worker, 250,000 - 320,000 VND/female worker. In 2025, through periodic health check-ups, 154 cases of workers at risk of dangerous diseases are indicated for specialist examination for timely detection and treatment.

Mr. Mai Van Sung - Vice Chairman of the company's Trade Union said that in addition to salaries, LG Innotek employees enjoy many allowances to increase income and create positive working motivation such as gasoline allowance of 400,000 VND/person/month; work allowance of 300,000-1,350,000 VND/person/month; attendance allowance of 400,000 VND/person/month... The company maintains annual salary increases with an average increase of 10%.

Through periodic dialogues, the Trade Union negotiates with the company to improve the quality of lunch meals for employees. From 2026, employees will enjoy lunch meals at 32,000 VND/person/meal (an increase of 2,000 VND/portion compared to before), free breakfast (25,000 VND/person); increase the lunch break time for night shift workers from 30 minutes to 40 minutes; organize to distribute ice cream and cooling water to employees during the hot season, peak production... Sports and cultural activities are also maintained and organized, contributing to improving physical strength, health, and building harmonious relationships in the business.
