Mobile job transactions expand labor export opportunities

The mobile job transaction session was held at the Special National Relic Site of Hoa Lu Ancient Capital (Tay Hoa Lu ward, Ninh Binh province) with the theme "Connecting to success, steadily moving towards the future".

The transaction session had 28 units and businesses directly participating and over 100 units sending job recruitment and job placement positions at home and abroad.

At the transaction session, a large number of people and students were consulted and introduced to many suitable job positions with diverse qualifications and skills. At the same time, they were consulted on policies, laws and implementation of unemployment insurance policies for workers who lost their jobs.

Through direct connection activities with businesses, many workers have proactively learned information, boldly applied and had the opportunity to choose suitable jobs right at the transaction session.

The organization of the Mobile Job Fair has created an effective connection space between workers, businesses and vocational training institutions, thereby promoting human resource development, serving the socio-economic development requirements of the locality.

The program also creates favorable conditions for workers in Ninh Binh province, especially young people, rural workers, demobilized soldiers and those who need to find jobs to have direct access to labor market information and recruitment needs of businesses inside and outside the province.

At the same time, strengthening the connection between state management agencies, businesses and workers. Thereby, gradually building and developing Ninh Binh province's labor market in a transparent and effective direction, meeting development requirements in the new stage.
