Lang Son allocates targets for security contracts, drivers, and janitors

Lang Son Provincial People's Committee has just issued a Decision on assigning contract targets for support and service according to Decree 111/2022/ND-CP to agencies and administrative organizations in the province in 2026.

According to the decision, the whole province is assigned 484 labor contract targets for supporting and serving jobs, an increase of 6 targets compared to 2025.

In which, the provincial level was assigned 203 targets, reducing 3 targets; the commune level was assigned 281 targets, increasing 9 targets.

Notably, commune-level targets account for more than 58% of the total number of support and service contracts assigned in 2026.

In terms of structure, the whole province has 188 protection targets, 150 driver targets, 116 cleaning targets and 30 other contract targets. Compared to 2025, the number of driver targets decreased by 6, while cleaning increased by 4 and other contracts increased by 8 targets.

At the provincial level, the Department of Agriculture and Environment is the unit assigned the most targets with 45 targets, including 19 security guards, 20 drivers and 6 janitors. The Department of Industry and Trade is assigned 36 targets, an increase of 8 targets compared to 2025.

In which, the Market Management Sub-Department under the Department of Industry and Trade is assigned 30 targets, including 14 security guards, 14 drivers and 2 janitors. The Office of the Provincial People's Committee is assigned 19 targets; The Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council 16 targets.

At the commune level, Tam Thanh ward and Chi Lang commune are the two units assigned the highest number of targets, with 9 targets each. Binh Gia commune is assigned 8 targets. Ky Lua ward, Huu Lung commune and Loc Binh commune are also assigned 6 targets.

Some localities increased targets compared to 2025 such as Ky Lua ward, Huu Lung commune, Binh Gia commune, Tan Doan commune, Tri Le commune. Meanwhile, some units decreased such as Bac Son commune, Hoang Van Thu commune and Xuan Duong commune.

The Provincial People's Committee requests heads of departments, branches, and Chairmen of People's Committees of communes and wards to base on the assigned targets to organize the signing of labor contracts to support and serve, ensuring compliance with the provisions of Decree 111/2022/ND-CP.
