Nghe An - In 2025, tourism in Uncle Ho's hometown will bring many new impressions with a series of outstanding activities at Cua Lo beach and Kim Lien Special National Monument.
Free service, special festival at Cua Lo beach
According to Mr. Le Sy Chien - Vice Chairman of Vinh City People's Committee (Nghe An), Cua Lo sea tourism this year will have many notable new points. The city will offer many services such as showers, public toilets, parking lots and wifi for residents and tourists. Currently, construction units and wards are rushing to complete the items, expected to be put into operation before April 15.
Along Cua Lo beach, there will be about 16 free shower stations, each location will have 3-6 2m high stainless steel faucets with 4 sprayers, serving 4-6 people at the same time. At the same time, the city has also upgraded and repaired 18 free public parking lots, creating convenience for tourists.
Cua Lo Sea Tourism Festival 2025 is expected to open on April 19 with many exciting activities such as tourism fairs, OCOP products, street art performances, elegant female student competitions, etc. Vinh City aims to welcome 6.9 million visitors in 2025, including 3.2 million overnight guests and 130,000 international visitors, with total tourism revenue reaching 7,000 billion VND.
Kim Lien Relic Site: Modern technology and cultural experience
At Kim Lien Special National Relic Site, preparations for the Sen Village Festival to celebrate the 135th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday are taking place urgently. Mr. Nguyen Bao Tuan - Director of the relic site said that the clusters of national flags, banners, slogans, and the system of billboards and posters have been replaced, creating a solemn cultural space.
In particular, the relic site has digitized more than 10,000 documents and artifacts, applying VR 360 and AR virtual reality technology combined with modern touch screens. Experiences such as Vi, Giam Nghe Tinh folk songs, visiting Uncle Ho's fish pond, rice grinding, rice pounding, calligraphy... are also organized to create enrichment for the tour.
Director of Nghe An Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism Tran Thi My Hanh said that the tourism industry of the province strives to welcome 6.1 million overnight guests in 2025, including 130,000 international visitors, with total tourism service revenue reaching 11,800 billion VND.
Nghe An tourism is being built in the direction of "Safe - Friendly - Attractive", aiming to leave a deep impression in the hearts of tourists and affirm the locality's position on the tourism map of the whole country.
