A ward in Bac Ninh has just been recognized as a safe area commune
Bac Ninh - The Provincial People's Committee has just issued a decision on recognizing the Safety Zone commune during the resistance war against France
The decision clearly states that Song Lieu commune is now Song Lieu ward, Bac Ninh province, a safe commune during the resistance war against France.
The People's Committee of Song Lieu Ward is responsible for widely announcing this Decision to the Party Committee, the Government and the People; at the same time, Song Lieu Ward is entitled to preferential regimes and policies according to current regulations of the State.
Heads of departments, branches and sectors under the Provincial People's Committee; Provincial Military Command, Provincial Police; Provincial Social Insurance; relevant agencies and units and Song Lieu Ward People's Committee shall base on the Decision to implement.
The People's Committee of Song Lieu Ward said that the ward being recognized as a Security Zone Commune during the resistance war against France is an event of special political and historical significance, a great honor and pride for the Party Committee, government and people of the ward.
"During the arduous years of the resistance war against French colonialism, Song Lieu was an area with an important strategic position, a place to shelter and protect the safety of agencies, cadres and revolutionary forces operating secretly.
With a strong patriotism and absolute loyalty to the Party and the revolution, the People of Song Lieu have turned each roof and hamlet into a solid fortress, a reliable support that contributes to the victory of the cause of national liberation", said the People's Committee of Song Lieu Ward.
According to Decision No. 897/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister, the People's Public Security Commune must have 3 out of 5 criteria such as being directed by the Party Committee of the Regional Party Committee and the Military Region Committee or higher to build a Revolutionary Zone Security (where there are conditions on terrain, terrain, politics, military, military, socio-economic, population and ensuring safety for the Party's revolutionary leadership activities during the resistance war against France and the US), residence (reporting, hiding, keeping confidential), working and leadership and direction activities to build a revolutionary movement in the resistance war against France and the US by cadres of the Party, State, Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations from the Regional and Military Region level or higher...
According to Decree No. 75/2023/ND-CP, people in the Safety Zone commune are granted health insurance cards by the State and the benefit level is 100%.
