Approving 1/2000 planning for 2 large industrial parks in Phu Tho
Phu Tho - The Provincial People's Committee has just issued decisions approving the 1/2000 scale zoning plan of Yen Lac Industrial Park and Binh Xuyen - Yen Lac II Industrial Park.
According to Decision No. 1056/QD-UBND, Yen Lac industrial park is located in Tam Hong and Nguyet Duc communes; land use scale is 170.6ha.
The land use scale of the industrial park is 170.6ha, of which: Service area land 6.8ha; industrial production land 119.37ha; green and water surface land 19.39ha; technical areas land 3.16ha; security land 2.5ha; traffic land 19.38ha.
After formation, Yen Lac industrial park is a high-tech industrial park, with high-tech industrial nature, with advanced production technology and encouraging environmentally friendly technologies.
The industrial park is concentrated, multi-industry, with a system of public utility social works, synchronous and modern technical infrastructure to attract domestic and foreign investment; prioritizing attracting high-value-added industries to develop food processing industries using advanced and modern technology.

According to Decision No. 1065/QD-UBND, Binh Xuyen - Yen Lac II industrial park belongs to Xuan Lang and Nguyet Duc communes; located at the intersection between Ring Road 4 and Provincial Road 303.
Land use scale of the industrial park is 230ha; of which the area belonging to Xuan Lang commune is 88.3086ha, the area belonging to Nguyet Duc commune is 141.6914ha.
Regarding land use structure: Service area land 5.90ha; industrial production land 160.89ha; green tree land 23.02; water surface land 9.45ha; technical areas land 5.10ha; security and fire prevention land 2ha; traffic land 23.64ha.
After formation, this will be a multi-sectoral supporting industrial park with modern technology, environmental protection; invested in synchronously building a technical infrastructure system suitable for the Adjustment of Phu Tho Provincial Planning for the period 2021 - 2030, vision to 2050.
It is forecasted that the labor target will develop with an estimated number of workers of about 90 workers/ha of industrial land. The total labor demand of Binh Xuyen - Yen Lac II industrial park is about 15,000 people.
