On April 7, information at the Economic and Social Work Conference of the first quarter and directions for tasks in the second quarter of 2026 in Dong Nai province said that in the first quarter of 2026, the province started construction of 6 projects with 4,844 social housing units.
In 2026, Dong Nai province is expected to start construction of 23 social housing projects with a scale of more than 21,800 apartments.
Previously, on March 23, Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee also issued a decision approving the adjustment of the Dong Nai Provincial Housing Development Program for the period 2021 - 2030. In which, social housing development completed 67,010 units or more, equivalent to about 4,105,650 m2 of floor or more.
