6 Departments in Bac Ninh have new organizational structure
Bac Ninh - The Provincial People's Committee has just issued a decision on the organizational structure of 6 Departments.
The decisions take effect from January 1, 2026, replacing the decisions dated July 1, 2025 of the Provincial People's Committee on the organizational structure of 6 Departments including: Home Affairs, Science and Technology, Industry and Trade, Construction, Finance, Justice.
According to the newly issued decision, the Department of Home Affairs of Bac Ninh province includes the Director and Deputy Directors according to regulations; 9 specialized and equivalent departments: Department Office, Department of Employment, Department of Labor Policy, Department of Administrative Reform, Department of Civil Servants and Public Employees; Department of Meritorious People, Department of Emulation and Reward, Department of Organization, Staff, Department of Government Construction; 3 public service units under the department: Bac Ninh Employment Service Center, Bac Ninh Meritorious Nursing Center, Bac Ninh History archives Center.
The Department of Science and Technology of Bac Ninh province includes a Director and Deputy Directors according to regulations; 6 specialized and technical departments and equivalents: Department Office, Post - Telecommunications Department, Digital Transformation Department, Planning - Finance Department, Technology and Innovation Management Department, Science Management Department; 1 Sub-Department under the Department: Department of Standards, Metrology and Quality; 1 public service unit under the Department: Center for Science, Technology and Digital Transformation of Bac Ninh.
The Department of Industry and Trade of Bac Ninh province includes a Director and Deputy Directors according to regulations; 6 specialized and technical departments and equivalents: Department Office, Department of Safety - Environment, Department of Industrial Management, Department of Energy Management, Department of Trade Management, Department of Import-Export Management and E-commerce; 1 Sub-Department under the Department: Bac Ninh Provincial Market Management Department; 1 public service unit under the Department: Bac Ninh Industrial and Commercial Development Center.
The Department of Construction of Bac Ninh province includes the Director and Deputy Directors according to regulations; 9 specialized and professional departments and equivalents: Department Office, Department of Economy - Planning, Department of Urban Development, Department of Construction Quality Management, Department of Infrastructure Management, Department of Construction Management, Department of Housing and Real Estate Market Management, Department of Planning - Architecture, Department of Transport and Traffic Safety and 11 public service units under the department.
The Department of Finance of Bac Ninh province includes the Director and Deputy Directors according to regulations; 10 specialized and professional departments and equivalents: Department Office, Department of Business Registration and Business Management, Department of Bidding, Investment Appraisal and Supervision, Department of Foreign Economics; Department of Industry and Economic Management and Department of Commune and Ward Budget Management, Department of Price and Property Management, Department of Budget Management, Department of Investment Finance, Department of Administrative Finance, Department of General and Planning; 1 public service unit under the: Center for Investment Promotion and Business Development of Bac Ninh.
The Department of Justice of Bac Ninh province includes the Director, Deputy Directors according to regulations; 6 specialized and professional departments and equivalents: Department Office, Judicial Support Department, Document Work Department, Judicial Administration Department, Department of Dissemination and Monitoring of Law Enforcement, Department of Management of Handling of Administrative Violations and State Compensation; 5 public service units under the department: Bac Ninh Property Auction Service Center No. 1, Bac Ninh Property Auction Service Center No. 2, Bac Ninh State Legal Assistance Center; Notary Office No. 1 Bac Ninh, Notary Office No. 2.
