Bac Ninh approves the setting of a boundary mark for an industrial park worth over VND1,760 billion
Bac Ninh - The Provincial People's Committee has just approved the dossier for marking the boundary of the Hoa Phu Industrial Park expansion phase 2 (phase 1).
According to the approved Decision, the location of the boundary markers is in Xuan Cam commune, Bac Ninh province.
The placement of boundary markers aims to serve planning management, facilitate the implementation of compensation and site clearance.
The planning boundary placement dossier is established according to the provisions of Circular No. 16/2025 dated June 30, 2025 of the Ministry of Construction.
The decision clearly states that after the boundary placement dossier is approved, Phu My Group Joint Stock Company (project investor - PV) is responsible for coordinating with the Provincial Industrial Park Management Board, Xuan Cam Commune People's Committee and relevant units to publicly announce to affected agencies, organizations and individuals, regularly inspect and supervise the site to ensure the development does not violate the approved planning; hand over and keep the boundary placement dossier according to the planning prescribed in Article 39 of Circular 16/2025/TT-BXD dated June 30, 2025 of the Ministry of Construction.
Previously, in November 2025, the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province approved the investment policy and selected Phu My Group Joint Stock Company as the unit implementing the project to build and operate infrastructure for the Hoa Phu Industrial Park expansion phase 2 - phase 1.
The project is implemented in Xuan Cam commune with a scale of 120 hectares. The goal is to form a synchronous technical infrastructure system in the industrial park, meeting the expansion needs of operating enterprises as well as attracting new capital flows, especially from the FDI sector.
The total registered investment is more than 1,760 billion VND. Of which, the investor's equity capital is about VND 265.6 billion, equivalent to 15% of the total capital. The remainder will be mobilized through credit institutions and other legal sources.
The project's operation period is 50 years, calculated from the time the State allocates or leases land. According to the province's request, the investor must complete basic construction items and put the project into operation within 24 months from receiving the land.
Bac Ninh currently has 36 industrial parks established with a scale of over 10,600 hectares and according to the plan, it will develop to 50 industrial parks, with a total area exceeding 15,000 hectares.
