Bac Ninh speeds up expansion of My Thai and Yen Lu industrial park projects
Bac Ninh - Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested to speed up the progress of the My Thai Industrial Park and Yen Lu Industrial Park expansion project.
The People's Committee of Bac Ninh province has just issued the conclusion of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee at a meeting to review the progress of the investment project to build My Thai Industrial Park and Yen Lu Mo Industrial Park.
Accordingly, the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province has just held a meeting to review the progress of the two above projects.
Also attending were representatives of leaders of relevant departments and branches, Chairmen of the People's Committees of Yen Dung Ward and My Thai Commune; Representatives of investors of My Thai Industrial Parks and Yen Lu Industrial Park Expansion.
After listening to the investor's representatives and agencies and units express their opinions, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province concluded as follows:
For My Thai Industrial Park: request the People's Committee of My Thai Commune to focus on resolving all problems to complete site clearance for this area before January 20, 2026.
At the same time, organize the change of land use purpose, allocate land for the completed compensation area, and clear the project site according to regulations before January 15, 2026.
Speed up the site clearance progress of the routes connecting to the Industrial Park, to be completed before February 20, 2026.
Assign the Department of Construction to speed up the progress of appraisal of the basic design and grant a construction permit for the project before January 15, 2026.
For the expanded Yen Lu industrial park, the People's Committee of Yen Dung Ward is required to speed up the progress of compensation and site clearance for the project, ensuring the completion of the entire area of the project before March 30, 2026.
Allow investors to access the site to serve the relocation of graves according to procedures for the area where people have agreed, received money, and there is no lawsuit.
Assign the Provincial Industrial Park Management Board to regularly update and grasp the progress and report the results of the implementation of the above assigned tasks, and periodically report to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee every week.
It is known that the project to invest in the construction and business of infrastructure of My Thai Industrial Park is invested by Viet Uc Steel Joint Stock Company, implemented in My Thai Commune, part of Duong Duc Commune and Voi Town (old Lang Giang District, now in My Thai Commune and Lang Giang Commune, Bac Ninh Province) with a scale of nearly 160 hectares.
Yen Lu Industrial Park (expanded) phase 1 has an area of 119.83 hectares, the project is invested by Western Pacific Investment Joint Stock Company.
Bac Ninh currently has 36 industrial parks established with a scale of over 10,600 hectares and according to the plan, it will develop to 50 industrial parks, with a total area exceeding 15,000 hectares.
