Luong Dien - Ngoc Lien Industrial Park, Hai Phong is ready to start construction tomorrow

On December 18, the inspection team chaired by Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Minh Hung, with the participation of leaders of a number of functional departments and branches of the city and representatives of related units, inspected the preparation for the groundbreaking ceremony of the Luong Dien - Ngoc Lien Industrial Park Infrastructure Investment, Construction and Business Project, Cam Giang Commune.

At the inspection, the Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee highly appreciated the proactiveness and seriousness of the investor and related units; at the same time, he requested a thorough review of the steps to ensure solemnity, safety and synchronization. The Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee especially noted the invitation to local people to attend, especially exemplary households in site clearance, to commend and create a spreading effect in the community.

The Luong Dien - Ngoc Lien Industrial Park project is implemented in Cam Giang commune, oriented to develop according to the modern industrial park model. The groundbreaking ceremony of the project was held in the form of a television bridge, in a series of activities to celebrate the 79th anniversary of the National Resistance War and the 14th National Congress of the Party.

For the investor, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Minh Hung requested to review and agree on all content at the welcome gate, billboard, stage layout and LED screen; in case of inadequacy, it must be adjusted immediately and reported to the City People's Committee Office. At the same time, comprehensively inspect the electrical, sound, lighting, and technical safety systems; organize test runs at maximum capacity to promptly handle incidents.

The power generation system must ensure smooth operation for at least one day; arrange technical forces on duty regularly. Hai Phong Power Company sent technical support staff to build at least two backup options. The Department of Science and Technology coordinates with VNPT to inspect and test the connection to serve the television bridge.

In addition, the City Police coordinated to inspect the entire security system, fire prevention and fighting equipment and forces participating in performing the task, ensuring absolute safety for the ceremony.

Regarding rituals and logistics, the Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee requested a thorough inspection of the button pressing system to start construction, and many tests before taking place officially; increase the number of excavators and motor vehicles in the groundbreaking ceremony to create a construction atmosphere.

On December 19, along with the whole country, Hai Phong city had 13 works and projects started, inaugurated, and celebrated the 79th anniversary of the National Resistance War (December 19, 1946 - December 19, 2025) and the 14th National Congress of the Party.

The Luong Dien - Ngoc Lien Industrial Park construction investment project is one of the typical projects selected to start construction. Preparations for the project's groundbreaking ceremony have been basically completed, ensuring the conditions for organizing the groundbreaking ceremony as planned.
