Lao Cai opens paragliding "Flying on the Watershed Season" at Tu Le from April 29
Lao Cai - From April 29 to May 5, 2026, Tu Le commune organizes paragliding "Flying on the Watershed Season", bringing the experience of admiring terraced fields from above.
Lao Cai Provincial People's Committee informed that the paragliding activity "Flying on the Watershed Season" 2026 will officially open on April 29th in the Lim Thai village area, Tu Le commune and last until May 5th.
The event gathers professional paragliding pilots to participate in performances, and at the same time opens sales of double flights to serve tourists. From above, a panoramic view of the valley appears with winding terraced fields, reflecting light, creating a typical picture of the flood season.
On this occasion, visitors can combine sightseeing, checking-in of terraced fields, experiencing the life of the Thai and Mong people and enjoying local cuisine.
Paragliding activities contribute to enriching tourism products in Tu Le, attracting tourists during the holidays, and at the same time promoting the image of the land rich in cultural identity of Lao Cai province.
