Hai Phong transfers Deputy Head of the City Party Committee's Organization Committee to become Secretary of the commune
Hai Phong - April 21, Mr. Do Manh Hien - Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee - announced the decision on cadre work in Mao Dien commune.
The Standing Committee of Hai Phong City Party Committee decided to transfer and appoint Mr. Phan Nhat Thanh - Deputy Head of the City Party Committee's Organization Committee - to participate in the Executive Committee of the Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the Mao Dien Commune Party Committee for the term 2025 - 2030; participate in the Executive Committee of the Party Committee, the Command of Zone 3 Defense - Le Thanh Nghi.
Previously, Mr. Doan Dinh Tuyen - Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Mao Dien commune - was transferred and held the position of Deputy Head of the Legal Affairs Committee of the City People's Council.
Speaking to assign tasks, Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee Do Manh Hien congratulated the new Secretary of Mao Dien Commune Party Committee Phan Nhat Thanh when he was trusted and assigned new tasks by the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee. Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee proposed that in his new position, Mr. Phan Nhat Thanh continue to promote his capacity and strengths, and together with the Mao Dien Commune Party Committee leadership and direction to successfully implement the Resolution of the Commune Party Congress for the term 2025 - 2030.
Mr. Phan Nhat Thanh (born in 1980, in Ha Nam commune, Hai Phong) has a PhD in economics and a high-level political theory degree. He used to hold the positions of: Deputy Head of Price - Public Asset Department (Hai Duong Department of Finance), Head of Industry Economics Department (Hai Duong Department of Planning and Investment), Head of Internal Affairs Department of Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee Office, Deputy Director of Hai Duong Department of Home Affairs, former Chairman of Ninh Giang District People's Committee.
