Tuyen Quang Police deploy social housing project of more than 800 units

On April 13, the Ministry of Public Security coordinated with the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang province to organize a ceremony to announce the Decision of the Minister of Public Security on approving the investment policy, and at the same time assigned the investor to implement the Project to build social housing for the armed forces of the People's Public Security Forces in the province.

Representatives of the Ministry of Public Security announced the Decision approving the investment policy of the project and assigned Anh Minh HG Technology Joint Stock Company as the investor.

The project is implemented in An Tuong ward, Tuyen Quang province with a land use scale of about 54,407 m2, including a high-rise social housing area and a low-rise commercial housing area with about 833 apartments.

Total investment is expected to be over 1,351 billion VND, implementation time from the second quarter of 2026 to the third quarter of 2028.

Major General Nguyen Duc Thuan - Director of Tuyen Quang Provincial Police said that the construction of social housing for the Police force in the province is of particular importance, showing the deep concern of the Party, State and Ministry of Public Security for the lives of officers and soldiers.

The project will contribute to solving housing needs, helping officers and soldiers feel secure in their work, successfully complete assigned tasks as well as effectively implement social security policies and promote socio-economic development of the locality.

Major General Nguyen Duc Thuan requested functional units to closely coordinate and create favorable conditions for investors to implement projects on schedule and ensure quality according to regulations.
