Politburo consolidates the Central Steering Committee for Cultural Development of Vietnam

General Secretary and President To Lam signed and issued Decision No. 178-QD/TW dated May 26, 2026 of the Politburo on consolidating the Central Steering Committee for Vietnamese Cultural Development.

According to Decision No. 178-QD/TW, the Politburo decided to consolidate the Central Steering Committee for Vietnamese Cultural Development, including the following personnel:

Comrade Tran Cam Tu, Member of the Politburo, Permanent Secretary of the Secretariat, Head of the Steering Committee.

Comrade Le Minh Hung, Member of the Politburo, Prime Minister, Deputy Head of the Steering Committee.

Comrade Tran Thanh Man, Member of the Politburo, National Assembly Chairman, Deputy Head of the Steering Committee.

Comrade Bui Thi Minh Hoai, Member of the Politburo, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front, Central mass organizations, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.

Comrade Nguyen Duy Ngoc, Member of the Politburo, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Organization Committee.

Comrade Tran Sy Thanh, Member of the Politburo, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the Central Inspection Committee.

Comrade Trinh Van Quyet, Member of the Politburo, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission.

Comrade Nguyen Thanh Nghi, Member of the Politburo, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Policy and Strategy Committee.

Comrade Le Hoai Trung, Member of the Politburo, Minister of Foreign Affairs.

Comrade Pham Thi Thanh Tra, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Prime Minister.

Comrade Nguyen Thi Thanh, Member of the Party Central Committee, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly.

Comrade Nguyen Dac Vinh, Member of the Party Central Committee, Member of the National Assembly Party Committee Standing Committee, Member of the National Assembly Standing Committee, Chairman of the Culture and Social Affairs Committee of the 16th National Assembly.

Comrade Lam Thi Phuong Thanh, Member of the Party Central Committee, Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism; concurrently holds the position of Standing Member of the Central Steering Committee for Cultural Development of Vietnam.
