Lao Cai - Working Group No. 3 of the Provincial Labor Federation has just worked with the Party Committee of Au Lau ward to exchange coordination contents in deploying trade union tasks.

At the working session, the Au Lau Ward Trade Union reported on its operating results since its establishment. Accordingly, the unit has proactively developed plans, closely followed the direction of the Provincial Labor Federation and the Ward Party Committee; implemented many activities to care for and protect the rights of union members and workers; promoted propaganda, developed union members, and built trade union organizations.

However, there are still some difficulties such as the limited development of union members in non-state enterprises, lacking facilities, and some financial regulations that are not suitable for the ward trade union model.
