Improving collective bargaining skills, protecting workers' rights
Hanoi - Nghia Do Ward Trade Union organizes training to improve professional skills in trade union work for grassroots trade union officials in the ward.
On April 24, Nghia Do Ward Trade Union said that the unit had organized 2 professional training classes on trade union work, focusing on major topics, including: Financial work with content updating new regulations, improving revenue and expenditure management skills, budget estimation and finalization, especially applying digital transformation/financial software; Deploying contents related to collective bargaining, protecting workers' rights and social insurance policies for trade union members and workers; Thoroughly grasping the key contents of the Resolution of the 18th Hanoi City Trade Union Congress, term 2025-2030.
Nearly 200 chairmen, vice chairmen, and grassroots trade union accountants participated in the training class. Trade union officials were equipped with knowledge and directly exchanged views on a number of issues such as implementing financial work at each grassroots trade union when implementing 2-level local government; organizing dialogues and signing collective labor agreements with clauses that are more beneficial than the law, in order to build harmonious and stable labor relations...
The training contents are built to improve the effectiveness of representing and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights of workers, especially female workers and gender equality, as well as innovate operating methods, strongly shift towards grassroots levels, apply information technology in union member management and trade union activities...
