Dak Lak deploys a series of activities to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the provincial trade union
Dak Lak - The Provincial Trade Union will deploy a series of meaningful activities towards union members and workers to celebrate its 50th anniversary.
On October 25, the Dak Lak Provincial Labor Federation informed that, on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the establishment of the Dak Lak Provincial Trade Union (January 27, 1977 – January 27, 2027), the unit plans to implement many practical activities. In which, focus on caring for union members and workers in difficult circumstances and donating 50 Trade Union Shelter houses.
According to the plan, the Provincial Trade Union will organize a series of activities to celebrate the 50th anniversary of its establishment to review the tradition of formation, construction and development of the workers', civil servants', laborers' and organization movements through periods.
Activities are organized in a practical, effective, and economical direction, suitable to the actual conditions after the reorganization of the trade union organization. In which, union members, workers and grassroots trade unions are identified as the center; resources are prioritized for activities to care for and support workers in difficult circumstances and express gratitude to generations of trade union officials.
One of the key contents is a special care program for union members and workers associated with a series of activities during the Dinh Mui Lunar New Year 2027.
The Provincial Labor Federation will focus on supporting those in difficult circumstances, who have lost their jobs, reduced income, suffer from dangerous diseases or have labor accidents.
Expected activities include visiting, giving gifts, organizing "Trade Union Year-end Meal" and awarding 50 Trade Union Warm Houses to union members and workers in housing difficulties. Through this, the Trade Union organization continues to affirm its role in accompanying, caring for life and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers.
Mr. Le Van Thanh - Chairman of the Dak Lak Provincial Labor Federation informed that, based on actual conditions, each commune and ward trade union proactively chooses appropriate organizational forms, such as seminars to review traditions, commend outstanding union members, cultural and sports exchanges, or visits to workers in difficult circumstances.
Organizational expenses are allocated from trade union financial sources as prescribed and other legal sources. The Provincial Labor Federation requests trade union levels to coordinate with Party committees, authorities, and employers to effectively implement, avoid formality, ostentation, ensure safety, thrift and strongly focus on grassroots levels.
