Lao Cai - The mobilization creates a two-way rotation of officials between the Provincial Labor Federation and the Trade Union of Yen Bai ward, Luc Yen commune.
On the afternoon of September 24, the Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation organized a conference to announce decisions on personnel work.
Accordingly, from September 25, 2026, Ms. Trieu Thi Thu Nga, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation, Deputy Head of the Trade Union Affairs Committee, will be transferred to work at Luc Yen Commune Trade Union to carry out the process of electing and appointing the position of Chairman of the Commune Trade Union.
Mr. Duong Tien Dung, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation, Deputy Head of the Trade Union of Industrial Parks, was transferred to the Yen Bai Ward Trade Union to carry out the process of electing and appointing the title of Chairman of the Ward Trade Union.
At the same time, Mr. Tran Quoc Toan, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation, Chairman of the Yen Bai Ward Trade Union, was transferred to the Provincial Labor Federation, implementing the appointment to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Trade Union Affairs Committee.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong, Member of the Executive Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation, Chairwoman of Luc Yen Commune Trade Union, was also transferred to the Provincial Labor Federation, implementing the appointment to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Trade Union Affairs Committee.

Speaking at the conference, Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Nhiem, Chairwoman of the Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation, requested officials receiving new assignments to quickly approach work, promote experience, expertise and sense of responsibility.
For grassroots cadres, it is necessary to closely monitor union members and workers, proactively advise local Party committees to effectively implement Trade Union activities.
For officials returning to the Provincial Labor Federation, it is necessary to promote practical experience from the grassroots level, improve the quality of advice to the Trade Union Affairs Committee.
Yen Bai Ward Trade Union and Luc Yen Commune Trade Union are required to organize conferences and complete the process of electing the title of Trade Union Chairman before October 2, 2026.
At the same time, units review targets and tasks for 2026, focus on overcoming contents that are still low, and strive to complete tasks before December 15, 2026.
