On the occasion of Vietnamese Women's Day October 20th, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor organized a program to meet female officials, civil servants, and workers and a thematic talk "Improving knowledge and skills on building a happy family, proactive health care, self-development and affirming the role and position of modern women in the digital age".
The speaker is Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Toan Thang, senior lecturer, former Director of the Institute of Culture and Development, Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics. Through thematic contents, female officials, civil servants, and employees are equipped with more knowledge and skills on building happy families, proactively taking care of physical and mental health, balancing work and life. The program also encourages each woman to constantly learn, improve herself, improve capacity, adapt to the changes of the digital age and confidently affirm her role and position in the family, agency and society.
One of the notable messages of the topic is that happiness is not only created from material values but also originates from love, understanding, respect and sharing between family members. A happy family is a spiritual support for each person to overcome difficulties, gain more confidence and have motivation to strive in work and life.
