The trade union is a reliable support for tea workers in Lam Dong

Recently, the tea industry has encountered many difficulties, many tea production and processing enterprises have had to reduce their scale and cut labor.

However, workers at Trieu Minh Company Limited, in Bao Lam 1 commune, Lam Dong province are still guaranteed stable jobs and income.

On January 26, Ms. Ha Ngoc Sam - Chairman of the Trade Union of Trieu Minh Company Limited said that this result was achieved thanks to the efforts of the trade union organization in always standing side by side with and accompanying businesses.

According to Ms. Sam, one of the highlights is that the Executive Board of the Trade Union closely coordinates with the Board of Directors of the company in launching patriotic emulation movements. Not only mobilizing workers to actively respond to the movement, the trade union also participates in developing appropriate reward policies.

Thanks to that, union members and workers actively compete for good labor, creative labor, improve productivity and product quality. The salary and income of workers are therefore maintained stably and gradually improved.

The two sides also closely coordinate in implementing democracy at the grassroots level, maintaining the organization of annual labor conferences and timely dialogues when problems arise.

Through these activities, the opinions and recommendations of workers were listened to and answered appropriately by the Executive Committee of the Trade Union and the Board of Directors of the company.

Along with that, the trade union always accompanies, shares and cares for workers through many practical activities such as: Visiting when sick, facing difficulties, natural disasters, natural disasters; giving gifts on holidays, Tet, birthdays, marriages...

According to Ms. Ha Ngoc Sim, building a democratic and transparent working environment is the "key" to keeping workers long-term and promoting their working capacity.
