Supporting 5 million VND for female workers in traffic accidents
Ho Chi Minh City - Trade union levels have visited, shared, and presented gifts worth 5 million VND to support female workers who suffered severe labor accidents.
On March 22, Working Group No. 5 of the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation (LĐLĐ) said that it had coordinated with the Chau Pha Commune Trade Union and the grassroots Trade Union of All Wells Vietnam International Co., Ltd. to visit and encourage female workers who suffered labor accidents.
Previously, Ms. T.T. B - a worker at All Wells Vietnam International Co., Ltd. - unfortunately had a traffic accident on her way home from work. The accident caused Ms. B to suffer multiple serious injuries (brain fracture, crushed right forearm...), leading to reduced working capacity, leading to resignation.
On behalf of the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation, Mr. Nguyen Trung Ngan - Head of Area Management Task Force No. 5 - encouraged and shared, hoping Ms. B and her family would soon overcome difficulties and stabilize their lives. At the same time, he presented the female worker with a support gift worth 5 million VND.
Ms. T.T. B also sent her thanks for the concern, support and companionship with workers from the Trade Union organization. "I sincerely thank the companionship and sharing of the City Labor Federation, the Commune Trade Union, along with leaders and the company's trade union. This is a great source of encouragement for me to feel secure in treatment and recover soon," Ms. B said.
