Thanh Hoa Trade Union accompanies workers' families in raising children
Thanh Hoa - Activities contributing to connecting workers' families, showing the role of the Trade Union in caring for spiritual life and building happy families.
On April 1st, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation said that the unit had just coordinated with the Center for Research and Training for Community Development to organize the "Day of Connecting Parents and Children" program for union members, workers and children of workers at the Vietnam Kim Shoe Co., Ltd. Trade Union.
At the program, families participate in many useful experiential activities, designed scientifically, suitable for each target group. In the morning, the contents are organized in parallel specifically for children and parents. Then is a common activity to enhance interaction between family members.
Through the program, young children are equipped with more life skills, emotion control skills. Parents also have more knowledge and skills to accompany and educate their children in adolescence.
The program "Day of Connecting Parents and Children" has profound humanistic meaning. Thereby contributing to improving the effectiveness of caring for union members and workers, while strengthening coordination between the Trade Union and units in implementing activities for the benefit of workers.
