Thanh Hoa Trade Union creates a space to connect families for workers
Thanh Hoa - The Provincial Trade Union organizes activities to connect families, creating space for workers and children to share and care for the spiritual life of workers.
On March 30, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation said that it had just coordinated with the Center for Research and Training for Community Development to organize the program "Day of Connecting Parents and Children" at the Trade Union of Adiana Shoe Co., Ltd. and the Trade Union of Kim Viet Shoe Co., Ltd.
The program attracted the participation of a large number of union members, workers and children of workers. This is a practical activity to care for the spiritual life of workers. At the same time, creating space for families to exchange, share and understand each other.
Through experiential activities, networking games and exchanges, the program contributes to spreading family values, strengthening the connection between parents and children. Thereby helping workers balance work and life, improving the quality of spiritual life.
