News from the Da Nang City Labor Federation on January 17 said: The Party Committee of the City Labor Federation held a conference to summarize the Party's work in 2025, deploy key directions and tasks for 2026.
The Party Committee of the City Labor Federation was established under Decision No. 05-QD/DU of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of the city.
The Party Committee currently has 3 subordinate Party cells with 60 Party members. The team of cadres and party members with professional qualifications and political theory to meet the requirements of tasks in the new situation. The ideology of cadres, party members, and workers is stable, believing in the leadership of the Party.
In 2025, in the context of many changes in the organizational model after the merger, the Party Committee of the Da Nang City Labor Federation focused on leading and directing the synchronous implementation of political tasks and Party building work, achieving many important results, creating a solid foundation for implementing tasks in 2026.
In 2026, the Party Committee of the City Labor Federation determined to continue promoting the core leadership role, focusing on performing well the task of representing and protecting the rights of workers.
Improve the quality of negotiation and signing of collective labor agreements; increase dialogue, legal advice and coordinate the supervision of the implementation of labor policies, social insurance, and occupational safety and hygiene.

Regarding Party building, the Party Committee focuses on building a clean and strong Party Committee; improving the quality of Party cell activities; strengthening inspection and supervision; focusing on training and fostering cadres and Party members to meet the requirements of the task.
