Da Nang Trade Union launches emulation to bring the Congress Resolution into life

News from the Da Nang City Labor Federation on January 3 said: one of the key tasks of the Da Nang City Labor Union in 2026 is to promote emulation activities, commendation, and honoring awards.

"The City Trade Union will launch emulation movements to create a vibrant atmosphere, mobilize union members, workers, civil servants, and laborers to promote initiatives, creativity, and technical improvements; innovate working processes, rationalize production; promote the application of science, technology, digital transformation, celebrate and soon put into practice the Resolution of the National Party Congress, the Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, and the Congress of the Vietnam Trade Union" - Mr. Le Van Dai - Permanent Vice President of the Da Nang City Labor Federation said.

According to Mr. Le Van Dai, in 2026, the Da Nang City Labor Federation will continue to innovate and improve the quality of emulation movements launched by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor such as: "Good workers, creative workers"; "Good at public work, good at home work"; "Green, Clean, Beautiful, Ensuring occupational safety and hygiene"; "Innovation, creativity, efficiency in the activities of the Trade Union organization"; creating a widespread, practical and effective emulation environment.

The City Labor Federation will maintain awards and activities to honor, commend and reward such as: Honoring Enterprises that care for the lives of workers well; The 28th cycle Award; focusing on discovering and replicating advanced models, creative and effective operating models.

Actively participate and effectively implement emulation movements launched by the Prime Minister, focusing on the movements "The whole country competes in innovation, digital transformation", " scope of digital learning", "Promoting the development of synchronous, modern infrastructure, practicing thrift, fighting waste", "For the poor, leaving no one behind" associated with the specific tasks of each industry, locality, agency, unit and enterprise, creating new momentum for socio-economic development.

Direct the affiliated trade unions at all levels to select works, products, and work items with socio-economic value, with political significance, bringing practical benefits to the lives and jobs of union members and workers or contributing to the community and society to register for implementation and attach signs to works, products, and work items to celebrate the National Party Congress and the Vietnam Trade Union Congress.

Strengthen coordination in organizing emulation activities in the emulation cluster of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations from the city to the commune and ward.

Improve professional skills, actively research and apply science and technology to production and trade union activities; promote innovation, digital transformation, successfully implement Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo, contributing to the successful implementation of the city's development goals for the period 2025 - 2030.
