In the first days of 2026, when the spring has begun to penetrate all the roads, in Ha Nha commune, Da Nang city, the working atmosphere is urgent like a large construction site. Understanding the losses of the people, the People's Committee of Ha Nha commune has coordinated with the Da Nang City Police and related units to deploy the "Quang Trung Campaign".

According to the latest report from the local government as of December 29, 2025, the campaign has completed 100% of the repair work for 2 slightly damaged houses. For the 7 completely newly built houses, the progress is currently from 40% to 70%. Of which, 2 apartments have completed the body and are entering the decoration and interior finishing stage; the remaining 5 apartments have also completed the foundation and are urgently constructing the body.

Witnessing the tragic images after the fierce flood in Ha Nha commune, Sergeant Vo Van Loc (officer of Cam Le Detention Center, Detention Center No. 1, Da Nang City Police) could not help but be moved. When mobilized to participate in the Quang Trung Campaign, he and his teammates set off with the highest determination: at all costs to help people have new homes before Tet.

Participating in this campaign are many young soldiers who have experienced difficulties for the first time when they have to be away from their families, living in poor conditions in the area that has just experienced floods.

Judge Nguyen Quoc Thai (Ngu Hanh Son Detention Center, Detention Center No. 1, Da Nang City Police) shared: "When there was a volunteer campaign for the Quang Trung campaign, I immediately registered with the desire to help the people somewhat. At first, when they arrived here, the living and living conditions were a bit inconvenient, but thanks to the attention and enthusiastic help of the commune government and the villagers, the soldiers quickly adapted."

Captain Nguyen Van Nghia, Secretary of the Ha Nha Commune Police Youth Union, said that the commune police force has actively participated in coordinating and arranging accommodation for union members on the alert.

"Everyone works with the highest sense of responsibility, everyone hopes that the projects will be completed soon so that people can have a new house in time to celebrate Tet. This is not only a task, but also a sentiment, a sharing between police officers and the people", Captain Nghia emphasized.

"Love-shaped" houses are gradually taking shape in the expectations of many people. Amidst the choice of bricks, stones, lime, the smiles of soldiers and the eyes of hope of people in flooded areas seem to unite, creating a warm picture of the love of the army and people in the days before Tet.
