Trade unions take care of Tet for union members, not leaving anyone behind
Lam Dong - Grassroots trade unions in Tien Thanh ward are making efforts to care for union members and workers during Tet, "not leaving anyone behind".
On January 28, Mr. Tran Do Thanh Loc - staff of the Green Tree Team, Binh Thuan Urban Environment and Service Joint Stock Company (Tien Thanh ward, Lam Dong province) said that he is very reassured when working at the company.
According to Mr. Loc, the trade union and the Board of Directors of the company always care for and closely follow the lives of union members and employees. In addition to salaries and stable monthly allowances on holidays and Tet, union members and employees are also given meaningful gifts.
For cases damaged by floods and natural disasters, trade unions promptly visit and support workers to soon stabilize their lives.
Recently, receiving a meaningful Tet gift, we were very excited and touched. The Trade Union and the company brought Tet early to each family of union members and workers," Mr. Loc shared.
Mr. Le Thanh Hoang - Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union of Binh Thuan Urban Environment and Service Joint Stock Company said that the unit currently has 378 employees. On the occasion of the Binh Ngo Lunar New Year 2026, the company will give Tet bonuses to 100% of employees at a rate of 6.3 million VND/person.
The grassroots trade union presented Tet gifts to all union members and workers, worth 500,000 VND/person, and at the same time coordinated with the Board of Directors to support 16 workers in difficult circumstances.
Trade union members and workers are very excited, feel secure in their work and stick with the trade union and the company for a long time," Mr. Hoang said.
According to Ms. Dao Thi Ha Ny - Chairwoman of Tien Thanh Ward Trade Union, there are currently 15 grassroots trade unions operating in the ward. This Tet holiday, grassroots trade unions have proactively proposed and negotiated with businesses to reward the 13th month salary for employees.
The Trade Union actively mobilizes resources from businesses, society and trade union finance to take care of Tet for union members and workers; prioritizing support for those in difficult circumstances, sick, labor accidents, affected by natural disasters, with the motto "not leaving anyone behind".
