Standards for being awarded the title of Advanced Unit in the army from October 2026

Clause 1, Article 18 of Circular 155/2026/TT-BQP of the Ministry of National Defense stipulates and guides emulation and commendation in the Vietnam People's Army (effective from October 1, 2026) stipulates the title of Advanced Unit to be awarded annually to collectives at the battalion, company, platoon, squad, department, faculty, department and equivalent level, meeting the following standards:

a) Actively participate in regular, practical, and effective emulation movements;

b) Completing assigned tasks well;

c) Having 100% of the exam or test content meeting or exceeding the requirements, of which 75% or more are good or excellent;

d) Successfully complete the tasks of research, application of science, technology, innovation, digital transformation and administrative reform.

e) Internal solidarity, good compliance with the Party's guidelines, policies, laws of the State, and discipline of the Army; no individuals violating the law or seriously violating discipline. Party organizations and mass organizations (if any) meet the standards of completing tasks well or better.

Thus, from October 1, 2026, to be awarded the title of Advanced Unit in the army, it is necessary to meet the standards according to the above regulations.
