New allowance level for wounded soldiers with physical injuries 21%

According to Clause 1, Article 3, Decree 321/2026/ND-CP, the standard level of preferential allowance for people with meritorious services to the revolution is 3,012,000 VND. Clause 2 of this Article stipulates the standard level as the basis for calculating allowances, subsidies and preferential regimes; the levels are adjusted when the standard level changes and rounds up to thousands of VND.

Regarding the specific benefit level, Clause 2, Article 4, Decree 321/2026/ND-CP stipulates monthly preferential allowances for wounded soldiers, people enjoying policies like wounded soldiers are implemented according to Appendix II issued together with the decree.

According to Appendix II, wounded soldiers with a body injury rate of 21% are entitled to a monthly preferential allowance of 2,028,000 VND.

Decree 321/2026/ND-CP was issued on August 15, 2026 and takes effect from October 1, 2026 .

Thus, from October 1, 2026, the monthly allowance level for wounded soldiers with a body injury rate of 21% will be implemented according to the above regulations.
