New allowance level for type B wounded soldiers with 30% body injury

According to Clause 1, Article 3, Decree 321/2026/ND-CP, the standard level of preferential allowance for people with meritorious services to the revolution is 3,012,000 VND. Clause 2 of this Article stipulates the standard level as the basis for calculating allowances, subsidies and preferential regimes; the levels are adjusted when the standard level changes and rounds up to thousands of VND.

Regarding the specific benefit level, Clause 3, Article 4, Decree 321/2026/ND-CP stipulates the monthly preferential allowance level for type B wounded soldiers is implemented according to Appendix III issued together with this Decree.

According to Appendix III, type B wounded soldiers with a body injury rate of 30% are entitled to a monthly preferential allowance of 2,388,000 VND.

Decree 321/2026/ND-CP was issued on August 15, 2026 and takes effect from October 1, 2026 .

Thus, from October 1, 2026, the monthly preferential allowance level for type B wounded soldiers with a body injury rate of 30% will be implemented according to the above regulations.
