According to Clause 1, Article 3, Decree 321/2026/ND-CP (effective from October 1, 2026), the standard level of preferential allowances for people with meritorious services to the revolution is 3,012,000 VND. Level from 5% - 10%: 3,012,000 VND (standard level) x 4.0 (times) = 12,048,000 VND

Level from 11% - 15%: 3,012,000 VND (standard level) x 6.0 (times) = 18,072,000 VND

Level from 16% - 20%: 3,012,000 VND (standard level) x 8.0 (times) = 24,096,000 VND

Thus, from October 1, 2026, the one-time allowance level for injured people with physical injuries from 5-20% is divided into 3 levels, implemented according to the above regulations.
