Clause 1, Article 85 of the Consolidated Document of the Law on Emulation and Commendation 2026 stipulates that the request for consideration of forms of commendation according to simple procedures is applied to the following cases:

a) Commendation serving the political tasks of the Party and State; commendation under the direction of competent authorities to promptly encourage collectives, individuals, and households with outstanding and typical achievements;

b) Individuals and collectives who achieve outstanding and unexpected achievements in combat, combat service, labor, work, production, business, study and scientific research or other fields or have courageous actions to save people, save property of the State, of the People or have been awarded international prizes in the region or the world;

c) Rewards discovered by the head of the agency, organization, or unit;

d) Commending contributions, commending seniority, commending foreign affairs;

e) Commending achievements containing state secrets.

Thus, the above cases are rewarded according to simple procedures.
