4 cases where emulation and commendation title bonuses must be recovered

Clause 2, Article 93 of the Consolidated Document of the Law on Emulation and Commendation 2026 stipulates as follows: Decisions to award emulation titles, forms of commendation are cancelled, commendation in kind and bonus money are recovered in the following cases:

a) Having fraudulent acts in declaring merits and achievements to be awarded emulation titles and forms of commendation;

b) Providing false information or forging dossiers and documents to propose awarding emulation titles and forms of commendation;

c) Appraising, considering, approving, proposing emulation titles, forms of commendation contrary to the provisions of law;

d) Having conclusions, decisions, and judgments of competent authorities on the fact that the person who has been awarded emulation titles and forms of commendation has violations and shortcomings leading to failure to meet the standards for considering awarding emulation titles and forms of commendation during the period of calculating achievements or related to works and works that are the basis for awarding the award.

Thus, in the above cases, the emulation title bonus and form of commendation are revoked.
