General Phan Van Giang affirmed that the 70 individuals voted and commended today are excellent delegates among thousands of advanced examples of the entire army's youth in 2024, are the fresh flowers in the Quyet Quyet Emulation Flower Garden of the entire army, contributing to affirming and spreading the image and noble qualities of "Uncle Ho's soldiers" in the new era.
