The National Assembly Standing Committee issued a Resolution on personnel work

Accordingly, in Resolution No. 1923/NQ-UBTVQH15, the National Assembly Standing Committee resolved Mr. Vu Dai Thang, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee, National Assembly delegate of Quang Ninh province to transfer his activities from the National Assembly Delegation of Quang Ninh province to the National Assembly Delegation of Hanoi City. The Resolution takes effect from December 3, 2025.

In Resolution No. 1927/NQ-UBTVQH15, the National Assembly Standing Committee resolved that Mr. Quan Minh Cuong, Secretary of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee, National Assembly delegate of Cao Bang province, transfer his activities from the National Assembly Delegation of Cao Bang province to the National Assembly Delegation of Quang Ninh province. The Resolution takes effect from December 5, 2025.

In Resolution No. 1928/NQ-UBTVQH15, the National Assembly Standing Committee approved the resignation of Mr. Vu Dai Thang from the position of Head of the National Assembly Delegation of the 15th tenure of Quang Ninh Province. The Resolution takes effect from December 9, 2025.

In Resolution No. 1930/NQ-UBTVQH15, the National Assembly Standing Committee approved the election results of Mr. Quan Minh Cuong, Secretary of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee, a National Assembly delegate of the XV National Assembly, to hold the position of Head of the National Assembly delegation of the XV Quang Ninh Province. The Resolution takes effect from December 9, 2025.
