New headquarters of 5 agencies after relocation from Hoan Kiem Lake
Hanoi - Of the 12 units that had to be relocated to renovate the area east of Hoan Kiem Lake, 5 units have been temporarily arranged new work locations by the city.
The City People's Committee has just issued a document agreeing on the policy of temporarily arranging points to serve the relocation of relevant units to implement the planning plan and renovate the space in the area east of Hoan Kiem Lake.
Accordingly, the Institute of Literature - Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences is located at 12 Nguyen Che Nghia (Hang Bai Ward, Hoan Kiem District).
According to the reporter's records on April 17, villa No. 12 Nguyen Che Nghia is still abandoned and degraded. The villa's campus is flooded with fallen leaves, plastic bags and plastic bottles...
Meanwhile, the City Citizen Reception Office is located at 102 Hai Ba Trung (Cua Nam Ward, Hoan Kiem District). This is currently the headquarters of the Project Management Board for Investment and Construction of Technical Infrastructure and Agriculture.
The Department of Population, Children and Social evil Prevention and Control is located at 144 Tran Phu (Mo Lao Ward, Ha Dong District). This is currently the headquarters of the Hanoi Department of Social Disaster Prevention and Control; Hanoi Center for Technical Safety Inspection; Hanoi Employment Service Center.
Hoan Kiem Power Company is located at 5-7 Hang Ga Street (Hang Bo Ward, Hoan Kiem District). Part of this building is currently hung with the sign of Vietnam Salt Company Limited, the rest is "closed and sealed", unused.
The Department of Culture and Sports will be temporarily located on the 25th, 26th, and 27th floors of the City Inter-Agency Area (No. 258 Vo Chi Cong, Xuan La Ward, Tay Ho District).
Regarding the implementation of planning and space renovation in the area east of Hoan Kiem Lake, the Hanoi People's Committee said that the total expected area for studying and implementing planning and investment projects to build squares and parks in the area east of Hoan Kiem Lake is about 2.14 hectares.
According to the report of the People's Committee of Hoan Kiem District, there are 47 real estate owners in the project implementation area, including 12 organizations, agencies, units and 35 households.
12 organizations, agencies and units that must be relocated include: Department of Culture and Sports, Hanoi Electricity Corporation, Vietnam Institute of Literature - Academy of Social Sciences, Hanoi Population Department, Hanoi Blind Association, State Treasury Transaction Office, Power Hotel, Northern Power Corporation, National Power Transmission Corporation (power Transmission Company No. 1), Headquarters of the City Citizen Reception Committee and two cooperatives currently specialized houses.
