General Secretary and President offer incense to commemorate the Hung Kings in Phu Tho
Phu Tho - On the morning of April 26 (ie, March 10th of the lunar calendar), General Secretary and President To Lam and many leaders and former leaders of the Party and State offered incense at the Hung Kings Commemoration at the Hung Temple Historical Relic Site.

Also attending with the General Secretary and President To Lam were former General Secretary Nong Duc Manh; former National Assembly Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan.
Politburo members: Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Bui Thi Minh Hoai; General Phan Van Giang - Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of National Defense; Head of the Central Organization Committee Nguyen Duy Ngoc; Chairman of the Central Inspection Committee Tran Sy Thanh; Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee Trinh Van Quyet; Head of the Central Policy and Strategy Committee Nguyen Thanh Nghi; General Luong Tam Quang - Minister of Public Security; Minister of Foreign Affairs Le Hoai Trung... along with representatives of leaders of ministries, branches, localities and Phu Tho province.

At exactly 7 am, the incense offering procession departed from the central courtyard of the festival to Thuong Temple; then offered incense and flowers at Hung Vuong Mausoleum.
After that, the delegation moved from Hung Vuong Mausoleum to Gieng Temple; Flower offering ceremony at the Relief "Uncle Ho talks to officers and soldiers of the Pioneer Army Corps" (Gieng Temple intersection); Incense offering ceremony at Lac Long Quan National Ancestral Temple.
