Da Nang receives applications to buy 787 social housing apartments
Da Nang - Hoa Khanh Ward People's Committee has just announced information on receiving applications to buy social housing at the Land Area B4-1, B4-2 project in Hoa Hiep 4 resettlement area.
The project is invested by Thu Do Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company, located in Hai Van and Lien Chieu wards, Da Nang city. In this sale, the investor launched 787 apartments belonging to NOXH2 Housing Block. The provisional selling price announced is 20,881.311 VND/m2 (including VAT, excluding maintenance costs and Ki adjustment coefficient).
The time to receive applications for buying houses is scheduled to start from May 21 and end on June 21.
The subjects eligible to register to buy houses this time include 10 groups of subjects under Article 76 of the Housing Law, such as people with meritorious services to the revolution, poor households, near-poor households, low-income people in urban areas, workers, laborers, officials, civil servants, public employees and people's armed forces.
Registered people must meet the conditions of not having houses owned in Da Nang city, not yet entitled to social housing support policies, or having a house but the average floor area is less than 15m2/person. Regarding income conditions, for single people, actual monthly income must not exceed 25 million VND.
In case the number of valid dossiers is greater than the number of apartments for sale, the investor will organize a draw under the supervision of functional agencies to ensure publicity and transparency. Some priority subjects such as people with meritorious services and people with disabilities will be considered for purchase first in accordance with current regulations.
