Specialized inspection of redundant houses and land after arrangement at the Ministry of Industry and Trade
On May 11, the Government Inspectorate organized a conference to announce the decision to conduct a thematic inspection of redundant houses and land after arrangement at the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
Mr. Do Manh Hung - Director of the Department of Inspection, Settlement of Complaints and Denunciations in the field of industry and trade (Department IX) chaired the announcement.
At the announcement of the inspection decision, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Tu - Senior Inspector, Head of Department 5, Department IX announced Decision 306/QD-TTCP of the Government Inspector General on specialized inspection of redundant houses and land after arrangement at the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
According to the decision, the inspection team consists of 12 members, headed by Mr. Nguyen Xuan Tu, Senior Inspector, Head of Department 5, Department IX.
The inspection period is 30 actual working days, from the date of announcement of the inspection decision. The inspection period is from March 1, 2025 to April 30, 2026.
During the inspection process, if there is related content, the Inspection Team may inspect and consider related contents before and after the above period.
At the announcement ceremony, Mr. Hoang Anh Duong - Deputy Chief of Office of the Ministry of Industry and Trade - spoke to receive the Inspection Decision, and at the same time gave an overview report on some contents related to the subjects and scope of inspection.
Representatives of the Ministry of Industry and Trade expressed their desire that through the inspection process, the inspection team will promptly detect and rectify existing shortcomings and limitations, thereby contributing to improving the effectiveness of the Ministry's state management in accordance with legal regulations.
Speaking to direct at the announcement of the Inspection Decision, Mr. Do Manh Hung - Director of Department IX - emphasized that this is a surprise inspection under the direction of the Prime Minister, implemented nationwide, and of great significance in improving the efficiency of management and use of public assets.
For the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Director of Department IX requested the Ministry's leaders to pay attention to directing subordinate units to closely coordinate with the Inspection Team; urgently collect and provide complete and timely dossiers and documents as required; arrange responsible officials who firmly grasp the content to work and explain to the Inspection Team.
Mr. Do Manh Hung said that according to the Prime Minister's request, the Government Inspectorate must complete the report in June and issue the inspection conclusion before June 25.
Emphasizing the very high requirements for this inspection regarding quality, progress and responsibility for performing official duties, Director of Department IX requested all members of the Inspection Team, the Supervisory Team and related units to maximize the spirit of responsibility, strictly maintain administrative discipline and order; closely coordinate, work seriously, practically, and effectively.
