From there, Ms. Hue believes that students today need to pay attention to and develop 3 skills Mindset (thinking), Skillset (skills) and toolset (tools) at the same time.
In particular, with Mindset, children need to practice flexible thinking, adaptation, and lifelong learning thinking. With Skillset is the ability to work with others, listening skills, problem-solving thinking and toolset, must grasp and use tools and software such as Chat GPT, Gemini... to perform work more quickly and effectively.
"The strong development of technology in the current period is an opportunity for students to develop their careers. Students should actively practice themselves, create flexible thinking to use technology and apply it in work, and should not worry, stress, or question whether AI will replace or not these jobs in the future," Ms. Hue emphasized.
Similarly, Ms. Ngoc Dang - Director of Business and Operations Strategy, Gapowork, said that currently, businesses are actively applying technology to operational activities.
And many businesses are having an optimal development strategy, meaning that whether applying or not applying technology, each employee in the organization is required to return to higher operational efficiency.
Ms. Ngoc Dang said that the company currently has about 5,000 employees, and expects each employee to improve work efficiency when applying AI. "In the past, there were projects that took 2 weeks to complete, but now when applying AI, it only takes 3 days," said Ms. Ngoc Dang.
