Long Thanh Airport maintains more than 7,300 direct workers, an increase of 4.54%
Dong Nai - Long Thanh Airport maintains an average of more than 7,300 direct workers, an increase of 4.54% compared to the beginning of the 180-day and night emulation campaign to accelerate project completion.
On June 22, according to Vietnam Airports Corporation - JSC (ACV), after nearly 3 weeks of implementing the emulation movement "180 days and nights to accelerate the completion of Long Thanh International Airport Project", Component Project 3 has a total production value of about 65,602 billion VND, equivalent to 75.97% of the total value of signed contracts.
Specifically for the main construction packages, the accumulated realized value reached more than 56,341 billion VND, equivalent to 67.93% of the contract value. This index increased by 3.35 percentage points compared to the beginning of June 2026, showing that the construction pace is continuing to be pushed up after the peak emulation campaign was launched.

Regarding construction resources, the construction site currently maintains an average of more than 7,300 direct workers, an increase of about 4.54% compared to the beginning of the campaign.
One of the important results in the past time is the power supply for the project. On June 9, ACV coordinated with Dong Nai Power Company to successfully energize from the 110kV substation to the PWR-ACV power source receiving station through 6 22kV medium voltage lines. The completion of the energizing work contributes to ensuring electricity supply conditions for the project's loads, serving construction, installation, testing and technical operation.
According to ACV, the current focus is on controlling the roadmap, prioritizing items that are connected, technically synchronized and directly serve the goal of completing the project in 2026.

Also according to ACV, in the near future, the project area will enter the peak rainy season in the Southeast region, which is forecast to affect some outdoor construction activities, technical infrastructure, transportation of materials, equipment and construction organization at the site.
Faced with that situation, ACV, together with the Project Management Board, contractors, supervision consultants and related units, proactively developed response plans and adjusted construction plans according to actual weather conditions. In addition to arranging manpower, equipment and materials, units also strengthened labor safety control, maintained continuous construction conditions and minimized adverse impacts caused by weather.
