On the afternoon of March 31, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Military Region 1 held a conference to hand over decisions on the transfer and appointment of cadres from agencies and units in the Military Region.
At the conference, Lieutenant General Nguyen Hong Thai - Member of the Party Central Committee, Commander of Military Region 1 - attended and presented the decision; Major General La Cong Phuong - Secretary of the Party Committee, Political Commissar of Military Region 1 - chaired the conference.
At the conference, 12 cadres were presented with the Decisions of the Ministry of National Defense and the Military Region on the transfer and appointment of cadres.
Accordingly, 7 officers receiving the decision of the Ministry of National Defense include Colonel Nong Tien Dung - Political Commissar of the Cao Bang Provincial Military Command (CHQS), holding the position of Deputy Political Commissar of Military Region 1;
Colonel Phuong Nam Ky - Deputy Political Commissar of the Cao Bang Provincial Military Command, holds the position of Political Commissar of the Cao Bang Provincial Military Command; Colonel Duong Van Toan - Political Commissar of the Cao Bang Provincial Military Command, holds the position of Deputy Political Commissar of the Cao Bang Provincial Military Command;
Colonel Nguyen Cong Khue - Political Commissar of Division 3, holds the position of Political Commissar of the Lang Son Provincial Military Command; Colonel Hua Chien Thang - Deputy Political Commissar of the Bac Kan Provincial Military Command, holds the position of Political Commissar of Division 3;

Speaking at the conference, Major General La Cong Phuong - Party Committee Secretary, Political Commissar of Military Region 1 - congratulated the transferred and appointed cadres.
