Approving the latest selling price of clean water for daily use in Hanoi

The Hanoi People's Committee has just issued a decision approving the selling price of clean water for daily use of Da River Clean Water Investment Joint Stock Company applicable in Hanoi.

According to the decision, the approved selling price of clean water for daily life of Da River Clean Water Investment Joint Stock Company in 2025 is VND 7,767/m3 (excluding VAT).

The City People's Committee assigned Da River Clean Water Investment Joint Stock Company to strictly fulfill its rights and obligations as stipulated in Article 55 of Decree No. 117/2007/ND-CP dated July 11, 2007 of the Government on the production, supply and consumption of clean water.

At the same time, providing clean water quality assurance according to the national technical standards for clean water quality used for daily-life purposes QCVN 01-1: 2018/BYT; Proactively review the implementation of the price of the selling price of clean water in accordance with the reality in the process of completing the project of Song Da surface water plant in phase II, raising the plant capacity to 600,000m3/day and night; Summarize records, evaluate the appropriateness of production technology process, the management and operation of the water supply network to the Department of Construction as prescribed.

Assign the Departments and branches: Construction, Finance, Health, Internal Affairs; Tax Department of Region I and related units according to their assigned functions and tasks to supervise and guide the implementation of the clean water selling price plan of Da River Clean Water Investment Joint Stock Company according to regulations.

This decision takes effect from the date of signing, replacing Clause 1 of the Appendix issued with Decision No. 3541/QD-UBND dated July 7, 2023 of the City People's Committee.
