N01 Ha Dinh social housing continues to postpone the 2nd application submission schedule
Hanoi - Ha Dinh social housing project continues to adjust the application receiving time to the second quarter of 2026.
The investor of the Ha Dinh social housing project is a consortium of UDIC Urban Infrastructure Development Investment Corporation - One Member Limited Liability Company, Hanoi Water and Electricity Construction Joint Stock Company - Haweicco, DAC Hanoi Construction and Housing Development Joint Stock Company.
According to information from the investor, on December 30, 2025, the Joint Venture announced on the website of UDIC Urban Infrastructure Development Investment Corporation - One Member Limited Liability Company (Representative of the Joint Venture) the adjustment of the expected time to receive applications for registration to buy, lease, and lease-purchase social housing apartments at the Social Housing project at land plot NO1, Ha Dinh New Urban Area, Thanh Liet ward, Hanoi City. Accordingly, the expected time to receive applications is the first quarter of 2026.
However, due to some objective reasons, the receipt of dossiers cannot be implemented according to the announced plan. Therefore, the Joint Venture requests to announce the adjustment of the expected time for receiving dossiers for registration to buy, lease, and lease-purchase social housing apartments at the Ha Dinh Social Housing project (2nd time) to the second quarter of 2026.
Notably, this is the second time the Ha Dinh Social Housing project has delayed receiving applications. Previously, the initial plan was to receive applications in the fourth quarter of 2025, then the project postponed the time to the first quarter of 2026.

It is known that the project is implemented at land plot NO1, Ha Dinh New Urban Area (Thanh Liet ward, Hanoi City). This is one of the outstanding social housing projects with a prime location near Ring Road 3, including 1 25-story apartment building and 1 basement.
The total number of apartments in the project is 440 units, including 365 social housing units and 75 commercial housing units. Social housing units have an area of about 70m2 - 76.24m2, of which 255 units are for sale, 37 are for lease-purchase and 73 are for lease.
The project is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2027. The selling price of social housing is about 25,000 VND/m2, the rental price is about 150,000 VND/m2/month and the purchase rental price is about 390,000 VND/m2/month.
