Accordingly, Nghe An Provincial People's Committee established 5 working groups to review, research, and orient the arrangement of administrative units at all levels and build a two-level local government model.
The working groups are headed by a Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, representatives of the Department of Home Affairs as the deputy head of the Earn. representatives of relevant departments, agencies and localities are members. The working groups are under the direct guidance of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and take responsibility for performing the assigned tasks; Direct localities to arrange administrative units.
The tasks of the working groups include checking, assessing the situation and commenting on the plan of arranging administrative units according to the assigned area (after the local People's Committee submits the plan of arranging administrative units). Specifically: Plan for arrangement of grassroots administrative units (commune/ward); plan to arrange cadres and civil servants when arranging; plan to reorganize administrative units; plan to arrange and use public property; The plan to set up new administrative units and non -business units after arranging.
