Nghe An launches train safety model in Hung Chau commune
Nghe An - The railway industry coordinates with schools and veterans' associations to launch a self-management model, building a safe, green, clean and beautiful railway line.
On December 15, Nghe Tinh Railway Joint Stock Company in collaboration with Phung Chi Kien Secondary School and the Veterans Association of Yen Ly Hamlet (Hung Chau Commune, Nghe An Province) held a launching ceremony and signed a commitment to build a model "The road that grandparents and grandchildren take care of together" from km 270+850 to km 271+170 and launched the movement "Ship Road - Flower Road".
Speaking at the ceremony, the leader of Nghe Tinh Railway Joint Stock Company said that the Company is responsible for maintaining and repairing railway infrastructure, with a management length of 147.5 km of the Hanoi - Ho Chi Minh City railway line and 30 km of the Cau Giat Nghia Dan railway line, passing through the two provinces of Nghe An and Ha Tinh. The area stretches across many residential areas, the density of crossroads, residential roads, and self-opened paths is always a potential risk of unsafe train travel.
In recent years, the Company has always strived to coordinate with relevant units and localities to ensure train safety and deploy industry models and movements to propagate, educate, and raise awareness of ensuring railway traffic safety.
The self-management model "The road for grandparents and grandchildren to take care of together" was born in 2002, over the past 20 years, the model has achieved many proud results, and has been widely deployed by Vietnam Railway Corporation throughout the industry and regularly deployed by units every year.
At the ceremony, officers of Nghe Tinh Railway Joint Stock Company disseminated and disseminated railway traffic safety laws to students of the school; launched and signed a commitment to build a model "The road for grandparents and grandchildren to take care of together" from km 270+850 to km 271+170 and launched the movement "Train Road - Flower Road".
According to the commitment, Phung Chi Kien Secondary School will organize propaganda, education, and remind students to strictly comply with regulations on ensuring railway traffic safety; voluntarily comply with the rules when participating in traffic through the crossroads, self-open paths, especially forming a sense of "self-respect" and self-comparison in each student.
On the side of the Veterans Association of Yen Ly hamlet, it is committed to coordinating propaganda and mobilizing cadres, members, youth union members, students and people to focus on building a safe, green, clean and beautiful railway line through the area.

Immediately after the launching ceremony and signing of the commitment, leaders of the People's Committee of Hung Chau commune, representatives of the Veterans Association of Yen Ly hamlet, leaders of Phung Chi Kien Secondary School, students and officials and employees of Nghe Tinh Railway Joint Stock Company took action to clean up, plant flowers along both sides of the railway and put up signs on the road "Grandfather and grandson together" from km 270+850 - km 271+170.
