Inspection of tax sector in 11 districts of Hanoi
Hanoi - The city will organize an inspection of law enforcement to handle administrative violations in the tax field against the Tax Department of Region I and the tax teams of 11 districts.
The Standing Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee, Le Hong Son, has just signed a decision on inspecting the implementation of the law on handling administrative violations in the tax sector in the city.
Accordingly, it will organize an inspection of the implementation of the law on handling administrative violations in the city in 2025 for the Tax Department of Area I and the Tax Teams of districts: Ba Dinh; Hoan Kiem; Cau Giay; Dong Da; Dong Anh; Dan Phuong; Hoai Duc; Gia Lam; Long Bien; Thach That and Quoc Oai Inter-district Tax Teams.
The inspection period is from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024 with the following contents: State management, direction of the organization of law enforcement on handling administrative violations; application of laws on handling administrative violations.
In the decision, the City People's Committee established a team to inspect the implementation of the law on handling administrative violations, headed by Mr. Ngo Anh Tuan - Director of the Department of Justice, members of the inspection team representing departments and branches of the city.
The rights and responsibilities of the inspection team, the head of the inspection team and members of the inspection team shall comply with the provisions of Articles 9 and 10 of the Government's Decree No. 19 2020/ND CP of December 12, 2020 on disciplinary examination and handling in the implementation of the law on handling of administrative violations. The head of the inspection team reported to the City People's Committee for the inspection results and submitted to the Chairman of the City People's Committee for promulgation of the inspection conclusion. The inspection team used the seal of the Department of Justice in performing the inspection task.
