Proposal to award the Third Class Labor Medal to 4 groups and 9 individuals. In which, the collective includes: Long Bien District Party Committee Office; Ba Dinh District Veterans Association; Thuong Tin District Party Committee Inspection Committee; Thuong Tin District Internal Affairs Department.
Individuals include: Mr. Bui Hoang Phan - Secretary of Thanh Oai District Party Committee; Mr. Nguyen Tien Cuong - Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of Thanh Tri District People's Council; Mr. Ngo Manh Diem - Permanent Deputy Secretary of Long Bien District Party Committee; Ms. Dinh Thi Thu Huong - Head of Propaganda Department and District Party Committee, Director of Long Bien District Political Center; Mr. Dang Dinh Bang - Head of Natural Resources and Environment Division of Hoan Kiem District; Ms. Pham Hong Tuyet - Secretary of the Party Committee of Quang Trung Ward, Dong Da District; Mr. Tran Dinh Nam - Chairman of Dong Anh District Inspection Committee; Mr. Nguyen Huy Toan - Vice Chairman of Thanh Tri District People's Committee; Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong - Chairman of Van Dien Town People's Committee, Thanh Tri District.
