Hanoi finalizes new locations for 5 agencies next to Hoan Kiem Lake after relocation

On April 16, Deputy Director of the Hanoi Department of Construction Mac Dinh Minh signed a decision to implement the plan to arrange locations to serve the relocation of relevant units to implement the planning plan, renovating the space of the area east of Hoan Kiem Lake.

According to the Department of Construction, on April 10, the unit received a document from the City People's Committee on the implementation of a temporary plan to arrange locations to serve the relocation of relevant units to implement a planning plan and renovate the space in the area east of Hoan Kiem Lake.

In particular, the City People's Committee "agreed on the policy of temporarily arranging points to serve the relocation of relevant units to implement the planning plan, renovating the space in the area east of Hoan Kiem Lake" in the document dated March 27 of the Department of Construction.

Accordingly, the units are located at the following addresses:

- Department of Culture and Sports: Temporarily arranged on floors 25, 26, 27 of the City Inter-Agency Area (No. 258 Vo Chi Cong, Xuan La Ward, Tay Ho District).

- Institute of Literature - Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences: Arrange at 12 Nguyen Che Nghia (Hang Bai Ward, Hoan Kiem District).

- City Citizen Reception Office: Located at 102 Hai Ba Trung (Cua Nam Ward, Hoan Kiem District).

- Department of Population, Children and Social evil Prevention and Control: Arrange at 144 Tran Phu (Mo Lao Ward, Ha Dong District).

- Hoan Kiem Power Company: Located at 5 - 7 Hang Ga Street (Hang Bo Ward, Hoan Kiem District).

Based on the assigned functions and tasks, the Department of Construction recommends that the above 5 units urgently develop a specific and detailed relocation plan (including: plan, funding, implementation progress)... according to the location approved by the City People's Committee to send to the People's Committee of Hoan Kiem District for the People's Committee of Hoan Kiem District to approve the compensation and support plan according to regulations.

In case of difficulties and problems, it is recommended that units and the People's Committee of Hoan Kiem District synthesize and send them to the Departments of Finance, Agriculture and Environment, Construction and related sectors for synthesis and reporting to the City People's Committee for consideration according to regulations.
